TEEN OUTREACH PROGRAM (TOP)

Nearly 50 seniors who participated in the YWCA’s Teen Outreach Program (TOP) graduated last month from Toledo Public Schools. Two TOP teens — twins Deontae and Deontre Wright — were valedictorian and salutatorian at Scott High School.
