Breast Cancer Support Groups
The YWCA Touch My Hand Breast Cancer Support Group meets bi-weekly providing support and resources to women who have a cancer diagnosis or those in remission needing supportive services.
We call our breast cancer survivors “Thrivers” because they are not only surviving breast cancer but thriving despite their diagnoses.
For a schedule of meeting dates and times, please call Winda Birt at 419-241-3235 or contact via email at email@example.com.
See what our Thrivers have to say about being part of our support group:
“I never experienced breast cancer before, nor did I have anyone in my family to experience breast cancer. To be a part of the support group with women who can identify with what I am going through made my journey more bearable. “ PR
“Devine Intervention, that’s what I call it. I believe in prayer. I believe that God sends angels and God answered my prayers with this program. Sometimes you feel alone, but this program lets me see I am not alone in my struggles. I have family and they are supportive but it is good to have another source of supporters who can identify with what I am going through.” GG
