UNIV. OF TOLEDO SEXUAL ASSAULT EDUCATION & PREVENTION PROGRAM
The Sexual Assault Education and Prevention Program works to reduce incidents of sexual assault, domestic/ dating violence, and sexual harassment for the University’s community.
Services for Survivors:
The office offers services and information for survivors of sexual assault and harassment, as well as stalking and dating violence. This includes:
- offering a confidential, pressure-free space where survivors can get support and the information they need to make decisions
- striving to ensure that survivors’ rights are protected
- linking with agencies and counseling services
- providing crisis counseling
- explaining and accompanying survivors through police, legal, medical, and UT disciplinary procedures
- advocating with professors and University offices on a survivor’s behalf
